Refund policy
Returns & Refunds
Our books are not sold directly. All purchases are fulfilled through Amazon.com, and therefore the Amazon.com return and refund policy applies to every order.
Under Amazon's standard policy, most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible, your book should generally be in the same condition that you received it. Amazon will provide return shipping instructions and a return label where applicable. Because returns are processed by Amazon, please do not send books to us directly.
How to start a return
To request a return, refund, or replacement, go to your Amazon orders and follow Amazon's return process, or contact Amazon Customer Service through the Amazon Help Center at https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html. Amazon's support team can assist with the status of your return, refunds, and any related questions.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your book is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact Amazon Customer Service right away so they can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items may not be eligible for return under Amazon's policy, such as sale items and gift cards. Amazon's product and order pages indicate return eligibility for each item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible book through Amazon and place a separate order for the replacement.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification, in addition to any rights under Amazon's policy. Amazon's return process administers these returns; please contact Amazon Customer Service to exercise this right.
Refunds
Once Amazon receives and inspects your return, they will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method according to Amazon's timelines. Keep in mind it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. For questions about the status of a refund, please contact Amazon Customer Service.
